Dear Official,
Thank you for your interest in working with the Houston Area Volleyball Chapter (HAVOC). We are excited to welcome you to our team and look forward to partnering with you for a successful 2026 season.
As we begin the registration process, please note that your current rank for year 1 is "Registered." To remain in good standing, please review and complete the steps outlined below.
You must click the link at the bottom of this letter and sign the HAVOC AGREEMENT.
✅ Meeting Attendance Requirements
To remain in good standing with HAVOC, you must attend at least 4 of the 6 scheduled chapter meetings.

Note: If you are unable to attend a meeting, please notify the chapter secretary in advance via email. Absences due to work conflicts, emergencies, or scheduled HAVOC match assignments will be excused with notice.
Meeting Schedule
Locations and meeting dates will be posted once they are confirmed. Some meetings will be held via TEAMS. All updates will be posted on our website: www.havocvball.org. Meetings will held the following months:

To finalize your membership, the following four items must be completed:
