Welcome Letter – 2025 Season
Dear Officials,
Thank you for your interest in working with the Houston Area Volleyball Chapter (HAVOC). We are excited to welcome you to our team and look forward to partnering with you for a successful 2025 season.
As we begin the registration process, please note that your current rank for years 1 and 2 is "Registered." To remain in good standing, please review and complete the steps outlined below.
You must click the link and sign the HAVOC AGREEMENT at the bottom of this letter.

To finalize your registration and maintain compliance with chapter regulations, please complete all four of the following:
1. TASO (State) Registration

2. HAVOC Registration

Local Chapter Fee: $25.00 (Non-refundable)

Secretary Fee: $15.00 (Non-refundable)

Scheduler Deposit: $50.00

3. 🗓️ Meeting Requirements
To stay in good standing, all officials must attend 4 of the 6 scheduled chapter meetings.

If you have a scheduling conflict, email the secretary in advance.

Match conflicts will count as excused absences.
