2022 Season Starts Now
Within the next week, current members should receive (if you have not already) a letter from our chapter secretary with a number of informative items, among which is the renewal application, schedule of fees, and dates for the 2022 season. Please remember:

The meeting is on Monday, 13 December, starting at 6:00 PM, at Lutheran North HS (1130 W 34th St, Houston).

This is the first meeting for the 2022 season. Attendance at 2/3 of chapter meetings is required to maintain “good standing” status.

Fill out paperwork prior to the meeting.

Bring exact amounts for each fee.
Also at this meeting, voting will occur for positions on the board. Positions open are president, vice-president, secretary/treasurer, and scheduler, along with two at-large positions. (I am not running for president re-election.) The deadline for ballot inclusion is this Sunday night, 12/05, at midnight. Email Augusto Rodriguez (axrodri11@gmail.com) with your intent to run for a position.
New Membership for the 2022 volleyball season
New members need to email Retta Pollio, the HAVOC secretary, at pollioretta@yahoo.com. An informational letter will be sent. Please do so as soon as possible.
